FAQs
Welcome to our FAQs section where you can find answers to common questions that arise when selecting and purchasing artwork. Whether you're unsure about sizing, materials, or shipping, we've got you covered. Browse our FAQs to get the information you need to make an informed decision.
How to see which artworks go well together
On the website, I have put the artworks into Collections so you can see how they are grouped together. If you join our mailing list, you will be notified when new artwork is added to a collection so that you can tell your client about it or we can tell them directly if we have their contact details.
How to frame it myself in a standard size only
If the paper is larger than 50 x 70cm, we can trim it down to 50 x 70cm or a size of your choice so that it fits a standard frame. Some of our papers are 50 x 65cm which is not a standard size and therefore may be better framed with a mount. We will be happy to advise you on the best size mount.
How to get my new print framed professionally
We will be offering framing services from January 2025 so watch this space!
How to receive my delivery without being there
Your packaged print will be sent Tracked via Evri and the tracking number sent to you on the day it is posted. You will be sent notifications by Royal Mail of your parcel's whereabouts and can check it yourself at any time but you will not be required to sign for the package when it arrives as this can be difficult for people who are at work away from home. You may request with Evri that they leave your package in a 'safe place'.
How to make sure I'm happy if I change my mind
You have a 60 day window in which you can change your mind for any reason so you don't need to worry.
How to budget for the best artwork so I will get maximum value for my client
For smaller budgets, my prints are individually hand printed and the large ones are limited edition, with each one taking between 1 and 2 months' to make from beginning to end. Some people don't mind owning items that other people also have and this can be a great way to fill your walls in an affordable way.
For larger budgets, if you are looking for a more unique piece of artwork that is, by its nature, limited as to where it can be found. When things are not so certain in our current financial climate, art is also seen by many as an appreciating commodity and a worthwhile investment.
How to decide on 1 print when there are a few that I like
Your first print will come with a second one, "Artichoke" embellished in gold leaf, at no charge so you will already have 2. Once you have these and are happy they fit into your scheme, you can always come back to buy more in the collection.
How to ensure my client is happy with my choice when there is so much other great art out there
Of course there is! And that is how it should be. And if you find someone offering a similar piece of artwork but are giving you more value then please let us know and I will refund the difference.
Please feel free to check with your client first if you need to! Many clients will be happy for you to make the decision; after all, they've enlisted your design expertise precisely because they trust your judgement. Don't forget I can create a mock up of the artwork in situ if you send me pictures of the interior and I can also send these to your client or speak to them about the artwork if you would like me to.
Every print comes with a 60 day money back guarantee if FOR ANY REASON you are not 100% happy. This includes if your client does not like it, if you do not like it or if you change your mind for any reason whatsoever.
We are utterly convinced that you will love your print and therefore will also pay the return postage. All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition that you received it.
How to buy risk free from someone new
I have included customer testimonials here and you can also check out my reviews on Etsy at www.nataliepriceartshop.etsy.com where I have a shop with a 5 star rating and only 5 star reviews. Remember you also have the 60 day money back guarantee.
How to avoid getting baffled by all the choice!
If there is a theme to the room it can help with this decision. For example, if it is going in the kitchen, you may like the vegetable prints such as Red Cabbage or Corn on the Cob. If it is a calming vibe you seek for a bedroom or lounge, a flower or woodland print may be better.
Each print comes in 2 colours in order to give you a choice but not baffle you with extra decisions to make. I can provide samples of the paper for you if you'd like to check them against the background colour of the room and I can provide a mock up of your room if you send me pics.
How to see what the texture and colour is like and what tone of gold it is
I will happily send you samples of the paper so you can properly see the texture and actually get your hands on it to enable you to get a proper feel for it. You'll be able to put the paper right up against the wall in your chosen room and check that the colours look good together.
Some of my photos also show close ups of the paper and the description will say whether there is a textured or smooth surface as well as the thickness of the paper. The gold colour is a warm 'antique', as seen in the pictures. If you would like to see the gold yourself, I can send you a sample of your chosen paper with the gold printed on it. This could be particularly useful if matching the frame to the gold ink if framing it yourself.
How to know exactly where it would be best placed in the room
I have a qualification in Interior Design and as such, could advise you on where best to position your new artwork. As mentioned before, I can also provide a mock up of your room with measurements so you can see what it will look like before you even get it!
But I'm not going to teach my grandmother to suck eggs. I know that you guys are the experts in this but if I can help in any way I'll certainly do my best.
How to truly own a piece of artwork that no one else has got
For those on a larger budget who want a truly limited edition of 1, I offer a bespoke service where I will do whatever I can to accommodate your needs.
How to achieve consistency within a collection with different size prints
I have chosen the papers that compliment the print the most or are meaningful in some way, for example, the 'Red Cabbage' is printed on the vibrant Fuschia Fabriano paper. Therefore some prints within a collection may be different sizes but this difference will be nominal and will serve to add a bit of variation, just as the colours within the collection will also vary. The common thread running through each collection will be the gold colour of the ink and each image is roughly A2 in size as has been produced from an A2 lino.
How to be sure that this is the print for you if you are one to browse for a while first
My large prints are limited edition and are only printed in small batches of 3 or 4 at a time. Once these are sold, I don't know when there will be more available. However, you have still got the time to make the best decision. We only want you to buy when you are 100% happy that this is the right fit for you so don't ever feel rushed into making that decision.
How to check the colour will fit perfectly with the room scheme
We can provide a digital mock up of the artwork in your room if you send us pictures so this will help you to visualise the artwork in situ. And again, if it arrives and you find it does not go with the room colour scheme, there is always the 60 day money back guarantee. You can also request a sample of the paper and here you will see exactly the colour of the paper and ink.
